agreed, or for the peeps not into the heavy stuff, just listen things like led zeppelin, guns 'n roses, acdc deep purple,
just all the good bands from the 70's 80's 90's etc. when music was good:)

I've always listened to them and still love it, but I've gotten into dubstep, and would appreciate some new artists/songs, something new you know?
i understand, i look for new stuff all the time, but different genres of metal

you are at the right adress, some people don't call me the walking encyclopedia of music for nothing;)
the band savatage, most underrated progressive rock/metal band ever(mostly guitar ballads), very powerful sound, very good composed songs in terms of techniques, the role of the instruments and the overall themes and feelings of the music. the most unique voice i have ever heard, the guy can sing with a soothing deep voice at one moment and half a minute later he cries out all his feelings, while in some other songs he just sings badass.
i could go on and on about how good this band is, but it is not the place to say all that:P if you are a musician(like me) you will really enjoy this band, and best of all, the songs are all so diverse that there must some songs that you like:)

a bit heavy on the guitar, but overall it is a song about living your life to the fullest and regretting when things are over, thinking about wanting to have done more, and how everything in music like succes and fame are just a record of the moment(im not english so i hope you get what i mean:))
so, less talking, more listening

I have just recently gotten into dubstep, so I'm really open to any new artists. The ones I've liked are skrillex and deadmau5, so if anyone have some (songs and/or artists) that are really good, please list 'em. I'd appreciate it.

skrillex is awesome, and so is klaypex (i found dubstep gunz after finding klaypex), dubstep is bass drops and sometimes weird voice remixes.

I love how none of the artists EvilBiscuit listed are dubstep artists. deadmau5 has made maybe two dubstep songs but they're not anywhere near his best.
Don't get me wrong, I love dubstep, but not the "balls-to-the-walls" limiter type crap that people like Skrillex put out. Listen to Feed Me, At Dawn We Rage, K Theory... artists like that, if you want dubstep with actual musical quality.
