In order of what I like the most:

1. Towny/Survival(I just love Towny.)
2. RPG(Its REALLY fun if you have towny.(Needs a good community))
3. Factions(When the server only has about 50 players, and a good community.)

I enjoy Prison servers, along with Survival game servers, and faction servers. The PvP is not too OP, as long as you don't get caught without enchanted diamond armor, that is. Cue Sarcasm
