I have a feeling this was a way for you to bypass the no advertising rule....
Another thing, I find that the colors are too dark. Try a light, clean, and sharp theme for your website, go for a professional approach.
P.S. those of you complaining of the ADS. Seriously?!?!?!?! It's 2014 ALOT of websites have ads. INSTALL ADBLOCK AND QUIT FINDING INVALID REASONS TO COMPLAIN. Jeez, you sad, sad miserable souls, you!!!!
A lot of people don't use AdBlock because they don't want websites to lose money. Can you imagine? PMC gets shutdown because of no funds? A majority come from Ads.
Ok then, that's totally understandable and fine, but if you take that approach, you have no right to pick and choose which sites do and do not serve you ads. BTW, adblock has a sort-of whitelist feature that you can enable to allow ads from certain sites while still blocking ads from the rest. So I still fail to see your point.
Yes, I know AdBlock does have a whitelist feature for filtering websites.
But do you actually want to go filter certain websites out? It's time consuming. :/ And not every ad is useless.

I can't give my opinion until I know some details:
Are you using photoshop to make the navigation-bar/images/etc., if not what program?
Are you using plain html/css or wordpress?
What is the purpose of this site? Is it a page to advertise your servers? A portal/blog for all the games you play?
My only complaint(or rather question) Is why did you embed a random miniclip game on part of your site(answering the above question may or may not resolve this question).

The whitespace on the sides. Fill those up.
Get some real hosting and then Make the website look better
It is real hosting, also a registered domain, Must be the package i am on that puts that annoying add there.
I don't like the average font. Maybe try and use something that's unique, but not "too far" out there.

The first thing I can complain about is the merged line-spacing on the front page. Overlapping text is never something that should be done, or even considered.

I find it very ironic that when you first visit, you get an ad saying it has no ads...
