Flans MOD HELP!!!

hi everyone and i need some help on installing the flans mod. I have 1.2.4 but somehow when i install minecraft forge the minecraft just stops at the updating game part...
PLZ HELP it would be great if someone can tell me instructions or send me a pre-installed flan mod .jar file or minecraft folder.

You need to install forge version 2.0.0. It's very glitchy software. Also put the net .class into the net folder in minecraft.jar. I hope you can work it out after I tell you this.
