Force Op Hack. [ URGENT ]

Guys.
Im not sure if your aware of this, but servers are getting overruled by hackers.
No ordinary NoCheat can stop this problem, nor worldguard.
If you have never heard of this hack, its called Force OP / Invincibility Hack.
It automatically OP's The player and can cause a large packet error
( You cannot tp to them, or ban them )

My server was recently hacked by this, and half the world turned into air within a few seconds.
If ANYONE can code, or has a plugin to stop this EXTREME problem, share it!
It would be much appreciated!

everything is server side so you would have to get EVERY bit of information you can possibly get from servers to op yourself.
