MC 1.8 Ghost Stack Glitch

Well here's a weird glitch for u guys...
The way i discovered it was with an enchanted iron pickaxe and 3 iron ingots placed each in a slot "Not Stacked" so if this is your hud bar; and x is empty and I is iron ingot it would be this:

The enchanted pick has to be used a bit.
Next step is getting an anvil.
Then place the pick in the anvil as though u want to fix it.
Now instead of taking the iron ingots and dragging them 1 by 1 to the item square in the anvil shift click them 1 by 1 and you will see the ghost stacks.
