Well, whaddaya know. I seem to be using an older version, where it shows up in both Tools AND Windows.

i mean that you need to klick the toolbox option in the windows menu... tab...whatever you want to call it (its at the top of the main window) nothing more

Sure! Okay so on the left hand side you usually have color options and opacity.
Well for some reason it just disappeared! And I can't find that.

Don't use gimp, use paint.net for pixels. Just a personal opinion.
