Gmod Problems

If any knows or hads Gmod can you help me with a problem. Yesterday, at noon my Gmod updated something and since then my gmod crashes at intializing data. I have tried to delete stuff but it didn't work. After doing the same thing a couple of times and un + re installing, I restarted my gmod by deleting everything manually then uninstalling it. I reinstalled it, but now it keeps on crashing. Can someone help me?
