Edit your forum profile

Click 'My Account' at the top right hand corner. Under your avatar there click 'Forum Profile'. Then click 'User Control Panel' (top leftish). Then 'Profile' (also top leftish).

There you go!

Also, do not bump forums so often. Please bump forums every 15 minutes or so. 6 minutes is WAY to short.
