I joined a server i played on it for about 5 days and i became op and now people hate me cause i banned a guy for calling me gaywad and before i banned him i got permission from another admin and they hate me cause i keep doing PVP can someone please help me and tell me what to do

As a admin/moderator/staff/OP you have to be ready for people to hate on you, deal with them in a witty way. Then move on.

The other people who are mad could even be the banned guy's friends so they are getting at you as a sort of vengeance thing :p.
And about pvp, there's a name for people who cry when you kill them. QQers.
I just laugh when someone yells at me when I kill them and steal their stuff. Although if its a nonpvp server then you are a griefer lol.

I agree with totakk if you cant handle the heat, then get out of the kitchen. Most of those banned people are probably just mad for getting banned
Learn to deal with people. As an Admin/Operator you have a duty to maintain order on the server (Assuming you have a regular system such as that.) Sometimes people won't agree with you, but Admins should be able to do anything within reason.
