Okay well at first Your going to Need A Frame, i am sorry i do not have one but i could find one for you, SO then you colour in the frame of all the lickies, Then you crop each one and take Each box out and save it as a Picture itself.
Then you have to go onto a website called iaza.com I Used this when i used to make lickies.
Then you have to put in the first frame where it asks for the first picture, then you click on animation - Frame annimation,
Then you upload each of the frames in order, then you set the Loop to infinite and the speed to 1/100
Then You have your very own lickie!!!!
