You can put and ad for other minecraft fan sites, as long as you advertise PMC on yours, but you can't advertise servers, they go in the servers section of PMC.
FIrst of all you should probably get a new keyboard...Second of all go to the top bar on planetminecraft, click on servers, and then click on upload server
