You have several options.

Firstly you'll need a an account on PayPal, MoneBookers or any other secure payment system that can process payments safely. I personally recommend PayPal. You can create a "Donate" button and it will generate the code so that when people click it, it'll go to your account when the transaction goes through.

You can add this to your signature on forums or on a website. I'd be willing to open a thread on my website - http://www.UEDCraft.com specifically for your skins and there you can input the code to accept donations.
