IDResolver help

Have you guys ever seen the mod called IDResolver? The one that automatically resolves block/item ID conflicts? I have it installed correctly, but whenever i log in, it says an error about block/item hooks, then it lets me play. I looked on the forum page, but it didn't help. Does anyone know how to fix it?
