Can i some how convert my 1.8.1 so i can use them on 1.0?

What new biomes? What new things?
New biome generation only occurs when you enter a new chunk you have not explored. The only issue this has is when moving from a 1.7 world to a new unexplored chunk in 1.8 or higher. The water level was reduced in 1.8+ and this generates a discontinuity in water height as you explore new chunks.
If you try reverting a newer world with new items etc back into a old world where they don't exist you may get problems.

There is no confusion. The map will work fine on 1.0.0
They work fine on 1.0.0
It automatically converts. If you see some buildings made of dragon eggs let me know.
They're already usable on 1.0, anything new will have to appear in a new chunk.
