Hmm you should expect bullys, but you can just punch them and they wouldnt duck with you again, also dont get into a relationship because it sucks trust me

Also try hard, even if people call you nerds you can punch them and hang around with the mix of people for example: the flirts, the nerds, the 'kewl keds' and dont hang around with anyone the 'kewl keds' call weird or that they bully or they would start bullying you

don't make that name "that jerkwad" or "that weirdo" or something like that.
I just finished my first year of middle school so I suggest getting a small group of really close friends who share interests with you. Be nice to people who deserve it, and don't abandon your friends. You'll come across some drama and that's okay - just try not to get up to your neck in it. And don't make drama. Stay in school, don't do drugs, eat your veggies, and overall be a good human being.

My school system is a little weird.

Elementary > Intermediate >Middle/High school

Kindergarten - 2nd > 3rd - 6th > 7th - 12th.

Well, I just finsihed 7th grade. I can easily tell you that our grade was the worst this school year. Seriously, even the teachers talk about it publicly. We had students who talked about... stuff they shouldn't talk about. Some kids watched... stuff in class. A heck of a lot of kids cursed. Seriously, if we had a "profanity counter" that thing would end up with "ERROR"

Anyways, Middle school will depend on your school system, but for the most part, try not to get involved with other students.

And going into middle school isn't too bad. There's lots of drama, yes (I stayed out of that, pretty meaningless to me) but if you look on the bright side, there is plenty of clubs, teams, etc you can join! I would recommend joining one of those, as you'll meet plenty of new friends, which will just make your middle school life more enjoyable.
Middle school is better than elementary school, 'cause you aren't treated like a 5-year-old. I hope that you look on the bright side of things and enjoy middle school!
(BTW, I wish I went to that school. It looks pretty boss.)

6th grade was ok-ish. 7th was pretty fun. Im going into 8th next year. There was a lot of drama and cursing. The good is teachers give you more responsibility so you have more freedom.

Middle school is actually really good and it's not really hard to like it, but there is a lot of drama and when I say a lot I mean a lot. I can say that you do meet very nice friends though. I might be a little scary at first but you'll get used to it.

Honestly, middle school isn't that bad. If someone tries messing with you, tell them off and hold your ground. 6th grade is pretty boring. 7th grade is wierd, to say the least...
8th grade was awesome.

You always here of people getting bullied, everyone gets bullied, but what is bullying? What happen to you? A lot of people don't even know what it is, but yet they always get "bullied".

Middle school for me was boring, and was useless in my opinion, we did a lot of useless work, that didn't help me in high school, because they'd tell us to do the same thing, a different way, but that was my middle school. High school is way different, it's laid back, less homework, less work in general. (at least in my school system)

Middle school is what you make it to be. Some think it's the easiest thing to do, while others find it a struggle. It is the same with all of your education: it's what you do, your choices.

I like it. I'm going into 8th next year. Even thought I get bullied I look past that. There's plenty of fun and seriousness.

Middle school isn't as bad as it seems at first. Lots of people around, not that much bullying(At least at mine.. I think), um.. you do have to dress out for P.E. which is changing to another outfit for P.E. It seems weird at first changing with all the boys or girls, whoever you are, but you get used to it. The classes aren't that bad, neither is the class schedule(You go to 6 different classes a day). Don't worry about not fitting in really, because in middle school if you didn't really fit in in elementary you will in middle. Quite some drama in the school. Fights happen some time... Um... homework is probably the worst, you get homework about each night, projects are common too... yeah. Don't worry too much though, you'll get used to middle school probably after the first quarter. Yeah. I'm going in to seventh grade, but have fun in in sixth grade. 2:^D

My years in middle school were pretty great. It helped prepare you for life and future experiences. yes you will get bullied but you just have to get back up and keep going. I made new friends, got more interested in learning java and that stuff, I also learned french. Just have confidence.

It's different for everyone, but I hated middle school.

Middle school is really great! It might be a little scary at first, but once you get adjusted it's pretty cool.
Where I went students had a lot more independence and responsibility then in early grades, this was to prepare us for high school. But don't take it too seriously, I messed around and got in trouble quite a bit in middle school, and it doesn't really affect you later.
Basically, it's what you make of it. I would suggest joining a sport or a club, and remember to think positive! Good luck!
