There is a Minecraft player by the name of slimexm1 or something like that! he is able to UNBAN himself from server if banned, that is if u give him ANY access to ANYTHING! ban him before he comes to you!

Forceop works by them tricking you into joining their fake server. They steal your session, and login to your server with it, allowing them to op themself or unban etc.

yes. but he can unban himself somehow. i am not sure how. however, his friend if xvettex (has some numbers but i dont remember what they are) so if either joins, ban them as quick as possible.
He uses an Unbanning Application. AND a ForceOp Application, too.

Do you have NoCheat? If you do go to NoCheat Plus or NoCheat+ I can't remember which it is, anyways NoCheat (regular) has a flaw that allows players to op themselves etc etc, which would be your problem.
Or you spelled his name wrong ..is it slimexm1 or slimexml try and make sure you got the name 100% right ..... check in your banned players file and see if the name is there or gone.if you got it right then that's crazy scary lol
