Hello, Im not sure wether this is the right place to be posting this but does anyone know a step to step tutorial on how to install minecraft 1.6.2 onto a raspberry pi running debian (raspbein) and get it working.
I have installed minecraft.jar from the official minecraft sit (minecraft.net) and installed openjdk java runtime 7, when I attempt to open it with openjdk 7 it either doesnt open at all or when it does it comes up with a minecraft error saying the following. Game ended with bad state (exit code 1) if there is any solution please let me know! thanks

I'm pretty sure you can only use Pocket Edition Minecraft (sort of like it, but with some small differences) on the Pi.
I was got it to start. But that 1.5.2 not sure about later versions
Minecraft won't run on the Pi, It's not powerful enough. Go to the Mojang website on your Pi and download the Pi version which (I think) is written in Python or something similar.
There's a special Minecraft version for the Raspberry Pi, but it's kinda like PE, not full. Try making a Bourne Shell script (I can write down the code for you if you want) to startup Java and run the minecraft.jar (that's the launcher jar, by the way).
Not sure about what that exit code means though...I thought that exit code means some forced exit or something...
