Ok, get a completely new copy of minecraft (force update), delete meta-inf, install forge, modloader and that projector mod, and see if you still have a black screen.
Could need modloader, also.
meta-inf is the thing that conflicts with mods, so deleting it shouldn't cause a black screen.
well it did, before i did it just said done loading but diddnt change

just did, thats what caused it...
Open up the zip file, and copy everything in it into your minecraft.jar
Did that but i just get a black screen

To install, here's instructions-
1) Install Minecraft forge 3.3.8.152 >> http://minecraftforg.../topic,5.0.html
2) put the projector mod zip in your mods folder
3) edit property file as needed
4) add schematics to schematic folder (generated on 1st run)
