How about this-
A more mobs mod which adds Hellstalkers, More slimes, a bull and a boar.
The boar has tusks and will attack but only if u attack it
The hellstalker is a demon, found in the nether, and it protects nether fortresses- when you break a block they appear like silverfish but are fairly weak
Moar colorful slimes!
Bulls charge you on sight
Original mod items for this -
Bull - Horns, can use to make a bone sword which is as strong as diamond, and you can make a horn bow which will do as much damage as a diamond sword.
Hellstalkers - Drop obsidian ingots which can be used for armor, tools as strong as diamond
Boar - Tusks can be consumed(Running out of ideas here) And give you a strength boost
Other - Different types of grenade, Bone knife (Gives you more loot from mobs) and something that allows you to fly in single player.

Dreams...when you sleep in a bed ever so often you will be transported to another world...with randomly spawned mountains and things or pre-made dream/nightmare worlds and you spawn with a certain set of tools and things to complete the dream challenge and if you die or dont do the challenge in X amount of time you wake up..If you successfully complete the challenge you awake with a temporary effect thats useful too the player like temporary increased health or speed....and I can diffidently help with pictures.
