it is 2 am for me and i cant get to sleep i have tryed everything i can think on hell i have even tryed counting sheep but i just cant get to sleep. does any1 have any ideas.

puppies are a great way to fall asleep... but my suggestion is turn around upside down on your bed (head where your feet normally are.)

some puppys dont work well... like my little yorky hell jump on the bed wit me and then lay at my legs and whe n all the light goes off hell go toward my upper body and snuggle near my neck or something hes a little baby who hates the dark <3 i dont disrespect thast its totally cute!

Watch tv and lay sideways on your bed, always works.

uhm well thiers some bad waYS AND good ways bad way: smack a beer bottle on urr head good way: turn off tv computer make everything pitch black no light warn ur eyes that its not getting anything tilll after rest then u should fall asleep u know i can o nly last 30 minutes in pitch black till i fall asleep bad/good way : sleep pills
hmm i was lieing in pitch black for 3 hours it didnt seam to help
