i have a very large building its a pool and the ceiling is 41 blocks high, iv tried post top lights and wall lights, its hard because light only travels 15 blocks, is there a mod that makes it travel farther if so i would prefer it to be client based or any suggestions on how to light the place and im not lowering the ceiling or turning up my brightness

You could use carpets and put glowstone under them.
You could make pillars going down with glowstone or torches incorporated into the build. That would allow you to not need a mod.
I think dynamic lights mod allows you to hand hold a torch and glowstone to use as light sources when you walk around.
