I Need A Java Programmer

Hello i need a java programer to make certain custom plugins for my server! They will be pretty simple i hope i dont want anything big! Maybe a Block crusher plugin because i know there is one out there but its out of date and unusable for 1.3! I may also want a plugin that puts the /welcome command in so you would do /welcome playername and it will say Monkeyboystein: welcome!PLAYERNAME!! I could think of more at a later date!
