if you don't know how to do simple things like that you should wait a long time to release your server.

First, not a plugin coder, you're looking for someone to set up the plugins for you. Second: I doubt anyone will do this for free and just receive a donator rank on a server which is probably not famous at all.
Third: This is easy to do your self. You can try searching for examples, specially the essentials kit part, that should be pretty easy as it's already two examples to go after in the default config file.
