Need Plugin Help

Im Looking For Some Help With A Few Plugins. I Currently Am Setting Up A Server, And Need Help With Adding A Delay To Teleporting using /spawn. I have the tpa/home all set up.. but i cant figure out how to delay the /spawn command to 3 seconds.
I also need help with a plugin called AnCasino. its a slot machine plugin for bukkit. It requires vault, and i set it up.. the slots work.. but after i spin them it never says i lose/win and after the first spin it locks up and doesnt work. First one to help me successfully will receive Op/co-owner on my server. Thanks!
