Need a plugin. Please Help.

Hi, as the title says, i'm looking for a plugin...

The plugin i'm looking for needs to do 1 thing :

• When you go into a specific area, a message appears...For Example...

A Player walks through a doorway to a building and text appears saying "Welcome to James' food shop"
Also, I ONLY want a message to appear when you go INTO an area not OUT
