Plagiarism in minecraft

This is a bit of a rant, but in my views plagiarism is a serious problem that everyone needs to look out for and help police up. Especially in minecraft, certain websites have been getting so many cases of plagiarism it is sickening, and what is worse is that it goes on uncontested and even when reported, nothing is done about it. That is why i have stopped contributing to those selfish pits and have brought all my work here. This is by far the best minecraft community. This site in my views is the last stand for Minecrafters to be able to keep owner ship of their works and still be able to show them off and I hope that everyone would agree and help to keep it that way.

This is my texturepack
And this is the website i found, someone uploaded my texture pack.
It doesn't say he made it, but it does give a download link I didn't put up, instead of the adfly links.
I found this accidently when googling for my own texture pack.
I want him to remove the (btw outdated) link and put a link to my topic instead, but I need to register in Polish first and I want to know if there is another way.
Is there anyone who can help me?

The only thing I think is fine are making modified versions of the creeper and basic skins. since those are modified so much it's unstoppable.

I agree and this site has & will continue to remove plagiarized content. The internet is full of blatant plagiarism and besides being illegal, it devalues the sites and the content. It's nice to know the creators are behind the work you're looking at. Here, we create our accounts and have full control of our work during & after submission. Plagiarism should be minimal.
If you do see plagiarized submissions, don't attack the member in the comments. Report it using the report button below the submission, PM / contact me or the member themselves and it will be taken care of. Some members submit content that is not their own simply because they loved it and wanted others to see what they found. If they are clearly trying to claim ownership, that's one thing but it's best to treat everyone with respect.
