PMC is more friendly than MCF.
This usually just gets locked because of mods saying its like apples to bananas but, since Paril posted I guess not. Back to the topic I think PMC is more of builds blogs, and skins where minecraft forums is more of a place for mods, tips, and minecraft related programs that enhance the game such as mcedit
Ok, I shall explain the two sites.
PMC: A site for sharing your creative creations with the world and participating in many events with the great community. But yet, is a bit more buggy and could be a little better with the artistic side of things.
MCF: A forum website for talking about anything in minecraft, along with sharing mainly texture packs, maps, and mods. Not much unique stuff happens here. I personally think that the site is generally laggier than this one but looks really nice.

They are two different types of sites.
i personally think that planet minecraft here is far more organized and user friendly than minecraftforums. just MY opinion though
Seems like more of a way to advertise your server/channel rather than actually spark a discussion. Oh well, in my opinion both are spectacular. I like PMC a bit better though because it's more organized... there's forums and submissions, not just forums like MCF.
Isn't there already a thread for this?
