Preferred Server Types
Hey guys this is a general poll
I own Redemption-Craft which is a Skyblock/Factions/Minigame server and I feel many people don't like them types of servers so I'm wondering what do you prefer and i would appreciate it if you just comment and explain to me the server type you prefer, why is it fun. I am thinking of changing my server so this is a little feedback

Dwarves vs Zombies, Lord of the Rings, Naruto, Minigames, CTF, RPG, etc. Those are servers I like, unique servers with custom plugins.
Im also interested in these servers, But sadly I have no clue how to start/Create and get custom plugins to create a Roleplay server similar to this...
oh. Its cool you like them though If I knew how to code in Java I would help you make one but I don't

I feel the same way sometimes..
Some days I get excited to learn Java, and I get past the first "hello world" tutorial. The next day: back to squat. Servers with custom plugins shout uniqueness, because they have a developer for their server. Now if I could just learn Java and help do this someday...

As a player, I'm pretty mild mannered. Either Hardcore/Difficult Survival with Feed the Beast or Tekkit Lite, or a vanilla MC creative server.
Although, I'm tech-oriented, and I end up trying to build factories instead of raging war. I hate servers with generic PvP. An example of generic PvP would be factions, or even Towny.

I got this cool idea, if you would like to use I would love to join in. Just msg me if you want to Skype. So here it is, Each player has an ender pearl (or eye of ender) that is named <their name>'s soul. It is also an anarchy server, and if they are killed, the killer may keep their soul for a maximum of 60 minutes. While their soul is captured the person cannot stray 50 blocks away from the killer and if the killer right clicks with the soul the person is tped to them. They can also be released if the killer left clicks with the soul. So this is my idea, enjoy!
Anymore? And anarchy sounds hardcore and people would rage quit over being spawn killed and everything...

It's a free-for-all. Usually, the only rule is "no hacking". Spawnkillers, griefers, and trolls usually abound.
This, it has griefing, pvping, raiding, and surviving.
No Hacking is the main rule but some servers keep other rules like no whining or spamming etc.

I prefer anything BUT factions and/or only pvp and such. I like mild survival and creative.
Send me a few unique idea's I'm sure I can allow you to participate! I just concerned RPG is a fashion trend and will die out in a few months.

Do something unique. I try to make every one of my servers different from mainstream things such as factions.
Roleplay Servers, and RPG servers. Only unique ones though, and that's why i'm helping create one right now!
