Prison server help?

Well, i am starting up a prison server, and i'm wondering if anybody has any experience with them.
I need a treefarm, but i can't find any plugins that can help me with that, worldguard won't offer eny flags such as 'Sapling-destroy', i was wondering how the prison server owners do it.
I'm completely stumped on this bit. xD
I would appreciete it loads of somebody coiuld point me in the right direction!
