Everytime I try to resize anything on my profile it says invalid height value? How do I fix this?

You see the pictures have a specific size they need to be. Like say that I had to get a picture for 400x400 but got a 120x900 it just wouldn't work becuase it's not he same. You fix it by getting either the right picture, or resizing it on paint or something.
