If it's an overlay that you are after, use a video editing program, such as Movie Maker or iMovie. (Yes, my examples are bad ones.)

I believe you are talking about YouTubes show feature, to use it you must be partnered with a network and once that is done check the video manager and look for the show tab if you cannot find it, look up a tutorial but it is probably because you dont meet the specs for it

You may need to go to monetisation when uploading and set it to TV Episode and fill it out
