Yes, projects are where people post their Minecraft builds and such. If you want to upload them, it's a bit of a long process, but once you get the hang of it, it's simple. If you have a PC, go down to the bottom left corner and press start. In the "search programs and files" bar that will pop up, type run. In the next bar, type %appdata%. Open the .minecraft folder, and click on Saves. Right click the file that you want to upload, and press send to. In the thing that pops up, press compressed folder. After that, open your browser. Go to mediafire.com and make an account. Then, press "U" on your keyboard. Press the big plus in the middle of the screen that pops up, and then type %appdata% in the top bar. Open saves, and click on your compressed file. It will then start to upload your file to MediaFire. When it is done uploading, run your cursor over it and click the download button. Don't download it! Now, copy the text in the URL bar to PMC. To do that, go to PMC, click Projects, click Upload Your Project, scroll to the bottom, and paste the text. That's all!
