if i have too much bedrock in a server [like the spawn is made of it or whatever or a building? will it cause lag? and if so is there a plugin that will stop it from causing lag?

A server lags because you have allocated enough RAM to it or most of the CPU on your computer is used up. Lag on a server has absolutely nothing to do with Bedrock.. And if you're experiencing client lag (screen lag) then it's your computer.
BedRock may cause lag on slower systems because of the smoke that it emits. Nuff said.
bedrock doesnt emit the smoke the smoke is caused from being at the bottom of the world you could have a dirt right at the bottom it would still emit those particles

- Items on the ground
- Fire
- TnT
- Anything that is an animation (has its own "video" like fire does) and anything with particles will cause lag

No it wont. It's just a normal block. If you do experience lag... It aint the bedrock.

bedrock in my openion is just a overkill material...when i go to a spawn i look for more quality in spawns than what material its made out of. Mainly why i decided to become a builder...and the best one on my server at that.

I don't think bedrock causes lag its just like any other block I belive. Trey it it and see how it goes.
