So i suck at skins....i have only a few in my page, but i would like to judge in the contests. I was wondering if it was possible to apply for the judge position?

You don't ask, Cyprezz picks you depending on how good you make skins. I'm pretty sure that's how the other judges got it.
I dont think thers is an "application". I think you have to be a mod.
