Does anyone know a good recording system like fraps but not laggy?

CAMTASIA. I used FRAPS and it gave me 5 fps. Here, he're our recording with Camtasia, great quality, no lag. And if you don't want to spend the money, you can find other ways to get it free http://www.youtube.com/user/hotsaucefloatsmyboat
personally? I just use quicktime and iMovie to edit it. I'm super cheap
Camtasia is pretty good except that you have to pay 200 bucks for is But they have free trials
