And for Mac, there's Screenflow
If you want, you can try recording my server just for a test.
If you mean to record Minecraft? Then don't use Camtasia it will lag your game like hell, use Fraps or an alternative to Fraps, but Fraps is the best out there I believe. If you mix that with Audacity and set Audcaity to record Stereo Mix, it will record both you and your friends
