ermm well im building a town and im not good at building theatres so could some 1 build me 1 credit will be given to the creator but i need it in schematic form so i can implement it into my world

Yes, as long as one of the members of the group that made it uploads it. A planned feature would be to allow a project to be updated by a group of users instead of just one.
Just remember that you will not be able to upload the theater project as your own crazy, that will be up to rageman to do.
If it's a group project, can one person upload it? I ask because a couple friends of mine are working on a project that we may upload, but none of them have a PMC account.
