66 submissions in 8 days, at least 60 are skins, seems legit.
i flagged a few of his skins because they are undeniably stolen, less than 20 pixels were recolored on the ones i flagged.
If these skins are legit his, then i apologize to him for accusing him of such but 60+ skins without a distinct theme and art style within 8 days are a bit suspicious.

That unnecessary apostrophe also seems legit.
i find it easier to find people who steal skins when they upload stolen skins en masse,
its much harder to get caught if only one or 2 out of a long line of skins spread of time are stolen, he is just too easy to catch

Meh.
He likes skins?
lol probably, im just worried he might be taking credit for someone elses work, he had no description on any of the skins and the few comments he left on them were mostly saying a friend made them or a friend wanted a remix and remixing someone elses skin without crediting them is still stealing unless you remix it to the point that it can be considered original
