Server list software

Hello All,

I am planning to make a server list such as the most popular ones like minecraft-server-list.com/

I know that one is a custom coding website but I know there must be a server list software for Wordpress or Joomla or anything but I can't find it.

If anyone can help me out at all with a link or some help, I would much appreciate it.
