None of my submissions are really successful, and it's taken 3.5 years for me to get to Level 14. I was thinking about saving all my submissions and deleting them, and starting back at the bottom with better quality submissions. Is it worth it?

If you do want to start over don't delete stuff, draft it, it is the same idea but you can reverse it. Go into one of your submission pages, click "Update this submission", then untick the "Publish live" box

Keep old stuff or you lose your level.

Why not.. Just post the "better quality" contents in that account? (_Hellcat_)

You know, advertising and communicating hook the crowd in your contents.
Good Luck!

Yes! Putting out the best quality that you can achieve is always best.
