Skin Transparency problem.

Upon uploading a new skin, I found myself upon a problem. Although Fully complete, 100 percent filled as are all of my skins. The site would not upload it claiming it is incomplete. Can Someone whom has the power , look into this please. It's quite Annoying. This is the first time I've ever had the problem and suspect it might be cause through these changes the site is undergoing. *Points to the diamond system*
