well I got banned but 2nd day no message help!!

You were hacked.
That, or a moderator found your stolen/partpicked skin and copy/paste mods.

I've been hacked many times by a guy called Popperchit
But i suggest you do what Dohvakiin said
Someone may have, but they couldn't have deleted your mods, as they are stored on your computer, not your minecraft profile. But it is possible that they changed your skin and banned you.
Instead of making a forum post, why don't you just PM a moderator? They will take care of it.
