Im not sure....
First I was all "Wtf man are you talking about"
Then I was all "Ohhh I know what your talking about"
And you can't, well at least not yet. You can try PM'ing Cyprezz your idea, though I'm not sure you can with his current forum host. It would be nice as I have wondered before, but your gonna want to talk in plain English, no caps.
And icegums basically if your writing a post and maybe it has spoiler for a game, something you don't want little kids to see, ect. then you can put spoiler tags around what you don't want someone to see (well it's their own choice whether or not to do so) kinda like you would bolding letters and such, and then when you post it will often times put a black bar over that text, or close it into a window and you must highlight it or click on it, each method going to it's respective counterparts.
