Shit, i had a similar tumor on my neck in the summer (however it wasn't cancer), its tough having something like that (especially in the neck back region, seeing as the surgery is quite dangerous) but if you can stay strong (although its fine to cry whenever) it won't beat you. Remember, its always darkest before the dawn, and i think i speak for everyone when i say "send her our regards
