People have also said bad things about Germans. Yet, I don't see the need to clarify that I'm not a nazi, when nobody says that I am.

Seriously, getting defensive without any kind of provocation really makes you seem more like whiners with a scratched sense of self-worth, than normal people. And I know something about whiners with a scratched sense of self-worth, since Germans can be pretty bad about that too, at times.

I have been to the US and I had so much fun! I don't know why there are so many stereotypes saying that the Americans are fat annoying, etc, I found most people to be friendly like you would in any other country.
