Grizzly, it is for a tablet, along with TouchScreen computer monitors also non-TouchScreen. You just click, hold and drag the Window with your cursor to the next screen. Also it looks great, it's a collaboration of the Windows Phone 7 and Windows 7. It has Windows 7 on it, it just has a bunch of other screens and tweaks to it.
At first I was like, it is Xbox on a computer (kinda), then I lol'd at the blurred out pictures of what I think was windows phone on the right. Then when he launched Office, I was confused. It is like they took Phone interface and dropped it onto win7. Would be great as a tablet interface. Nobody has touch screen computers though and they will need to pry my mouse from my cold dead fingers. 7-64 for me.

Yep will the desktop os as well, MacOSX Lion, is very similar and released this week.

Yes but it can also be used for a mouse. If you listened at the end of the video he said it will be used for pc's and laptops working with keyboards and mouse.
