Can i create a command block in survival and if yes, how?

Thanks so much everyone, i was stuck trying to do that as i am trying to do a vanilla, no cheats play through and that was a real problem as i wanted to test it with command blocks.
You can't craft them, but you can /give yourself one, however, it will be unusable if you are in survival mode. You need to be in creative to access the GUI.
I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure.
There is a work-around for this though if you don't have cheats. You can make a custom data pack that runs the commands instead of command blocks.

This is in bedrock edition (because of the section it's in)

no you can't create a commandblock in survival. you have to "cheat" and switch your gamemode (/gamemode creative) and do "/give @p minecraft:commandblock"
I don't think the minecraft: prefix works in bedrock edition
