Command block/mini game help needed

I want to make a mob arena map. i need help with command blocks to summon mobs at the right time. please help thank you!!!!

You could use the delay field in commandblocks, or just repeaters. The number in the delay field is in game ticks, which is 1/20 of a second. Repeaters use redstone ticks, which is 1/10 of a second.
