HELP!!!
I found out you can make capes in PMC, but I can't add it to my skin in Minecraft! What do I do?

I'm not quite sure, but I think they're like a mob skin or texture pack, but it only changes capes. But it doesn't actually give you a cape
capes are exclusive items for people who go to Minecon only, or the staff who work at mojang.
Unless you use optifine, badlion or another 3rd party client/mod, Mojang does not allow you to put capes on skins (thats why nearly no one has capes).
